This project involved selecting cannabis plants from a special Erdbeer selection from Helvetic Seeds obtained through an Austrian outdoor grower, which was a unique addition to Seedstockers Seed Bank's outdoor cannabis seed collection. These strains were crossed with Dutch Treat, a popular strain from East Island Seeds for growing cannabis outdoors. They are relatively resistant to mould and pests and are easy to grow outside. A seven-generation hybrid outdoor strain has been created that has strong Indica characteristics. It is the perfect outdoor cannabis seed!

A cannabis plant with a short flowering time of 8 to 9 weeks and a THC content of about 19%, Zmakdaun is an easy-to-grow plant with a strong effect and a sweet, fruity, almost exotic taste. As a side note, this strain is not a strain with so-called " Fast Version" or "F1" genetics. It is slightly faster than its normal photoperiod ancestors, but it is not specifically adapted to cold and humid conditions. These strains are recessive ruderalis (auto) genetics. Due to this, they cannot thrive in areas like northern Europe, southern South America, or humid tropical climates. But cannabis strains dedicated to outdoor cultivation, like Zmakdaun, are well adapted to outdoor cultivation.
