This strain is a balanced 50/50 indica/sativa hybrid, recognized for its towering height and remarkable yields. Its genetic background features a notable lineage in the cannabis world; Blue Dream is derived from Blueberry and Haze, while Chernobyl traces back to Trainwreck, which merges Thai sativas with Afghan indicas. Although its genetics provide an even 50/50 ratio, the growth characteristics and effects of this strain lean distinctly towards sativa. These plants can develop into substantial specimens and may not be ideal for indoor cultivators with limited vertical space. Nevertheless, those with adequate room (or a strong commitment) will discover this strain to be particularly gratifying at harvest time.

Given their height, Atomic Blue Dream Feminized plants can yield impressively; under optimal conditions, indoor growers can expect harvests between 460 to 650 grams per square meter, or up to 560 to 640 grams per plant when cultivated outdoors. Typically, these plants have a moderate flowering period of 65-70 days. 

With considerably spaced internodes along their slender branches and stalks, these plants produce dense, pointed clusters of flowers. The buds are a vivid green and may even exhibit a subtle blue tint, which contributes to the strain's name. Thriving in a Mediterranean climate, this strain prefers slightly elevated temperatures and humidity levels. 

Fortunately, its elongated and slender structure is well-equipped for such conditions. The thin leaves and wider internodal spacing help mitigate issues with excess humidity. Thanks to its lanky form, this strain is especially compatible with advanced cultivation methods like mainlining, lollipopping, and the Screen of Green technique, although this same structure makes it less suitable for a Sea of Green setup.
